Appointment Policy
We strongly prefer to work on an appointment basis, and invite you to request an appointment here. You can also contact us to schedule your pet’s visit. Appointments for all clients ensure that we’ll be ready to see you, and that you’ll get enough time with the vet.
Payment
Hamburg Veterinary Clinic offers a number of convenient payment options for our clients. Please contact our facility to make an appointment or if you have any questions.

Pet Emergencies
While we do not typically take walk-ins, our veterinarians will always do all that we can in emergency pet care cases. Because of this, scheduled visits can sometimes get pushed back to accommodate patients in need of immediate attention. We ask for your patience and understanding should your appointment be delayed for any reason.
First Arrivals
New clients are encouraged to complete this form to fill out some necessary paperwork in advance of your appointment, which can save you some time in the waiting room. You may also arrive 15 minutes early for scheduled appointment time to fill it out then.
